The facade was made all white and came with the sign “EVANCE” and picture of watches as big as possible, and made it easy to recognize it as a watch shop at once. Usually, the luxury watch shop is designed gorgeously, but, for this well-known “EVANCE”, not to show the shop “too expensive”, being simple and visibility of watches were indispensable design points.
Also, the stairs which leads customer to second floor was colored with red to induce them to go up. As the second floor is dealing with highest grade watches, the private booth was set for the service. The partition seems like piled watch hand, the carpet showing ring(spring of watch) image, the photo frames with the picture of prominent watch…. everything in the store are made with things concerning watch and this make it very understandable and user-familiar place.
